  • On Elwood Road, San Jose, in September 2022, a 1,740-square-foot home was sold for $1,825,000, a price per square foot of $1,049. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • In November 2022, a 1,737-square-foot home on Lazy River Way in San Jose sold for $1,800,000, a price per square foot of $1,036. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • A 2,193-square-foot home on the 6800 block of Lenwood Way in San Jose sold in October 2022 for $1,999,000, a price per square foot of $912. The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
