8:20 a.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man stole multiple items and fled the store without paying for them. An officer was already on scene for a prior incident and attempted to stop the suspect, who fled on foot from officers. He was taken into custody and was in possession of suspected heroin and paraphernalia.
4400 block of McCoy Avenue: Someone jumped over a locked construction fence, took multiple tool sets and attempted to steal a 2003 white Ford F250 truck.
00 block of West Campbell Avenue: Someone vandalized the north side of some bleachers by spray-painting graffiti.
1:55 p.m. in the 200 block of Budd Avenue: A man, 34, took a wrench and broke the back window of a vehicle. The victim desired prosecution.
3:53 p.m. in the 200 block of Budd Avenue: A man, 53, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and was found to be under the influence of a stimulant. He was in possession of a stimulant and drug paraphernalia.
9:48 p.m. in the 300 block of West Rincon Avenue: A 2000 Black Toyota 4-Runner was stolen. The suspects left behind a Mercedes stolen out of Oakland.
8:58 p.m. in the 900 block of Ravenscourt Avenue: A woman, 37, and a man, 25, were using heroin in the laundry room and were under the influence.

7 a.m. in the 600 block of Creekside Way: A man, 53, had five warrants totaling $87,000 and was in possession of narcotics.
Overnight in the 1700 block of Dell Avenue: A white 2003 Ford F650 truck was stolen from a business parking lot.
11:10 a.m. at San Tomas Expressway and Hwy 17: A man, 73, was involved in a vehicle collision. He was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested for DUI.
10:31 p.m. in the 100 block of Echo Avenue: During an argument, a man, 40, punched and choked the victim.
11:22 p.m. at Campbell Avenue and Winchester Boulevard: A woman, 37, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be DUI.

6:45 a.m. in the 1900 block of South Bascom Avenue: Officers located a 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche that was reported stolen on out of San Jose.
12:07 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 53, pushed a shopping cart which struck an employee. He also shoplifted and was cited for both violations.
1:50 p.m. in the 800 block of Gale Drive: A man, 41, was involved in an argument. He had an outstanding warrant and was arrested.
Overnight in the 1500 block of Adrien Drive: Someone attempted to steal a 2006 Ford Fl50.
2:42 p.m. in the 700 block of West Valley Drive: Someone defrauded the victim through a gift card scam.
3:12 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 40, was causing a disturbance at a business. He was too intoxicated to care for himself and was arrested.
5:54 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 35, stole items and fled. He was later stopped by San Jose police trying to steal from a different store.
7:53 p.m. in the 1000 block of Sonuca Avenue: Someone stole a package from a residence.
Overnight in the 1200 block of Westmont Avenue: A silver Ford F350 was stolen from in front of the victim’s residence.
10:08 p.m. in the 100 block of Curtner Avenue: Two men and a woman, 31, were found to be under the influence of a stimulant. One man was in possession of cocaine and methamphetamine. The other was in possession of LSD, cocaine, methamphetamine and marijuana. The woman was in possession of cocaine.

Overnight in the 200 block of Union Avenue: A 1998 silver Honda Civic four-door was stolen.
7:59 a.m. in the 600 block of Almarida Drive: A 2021Tesla Model Y was stolen and later tracked and recovered in San Jose.
400 block of E. Campbell Avenue : Someone forced open the front door and stole a washer and dryer.
Overnight in the 100 block of Rose Drive: Someone broke into several mailboxes.
Overnight in the 300 block of Railway Avenue: A black specialized 21-speed bike was stolen from the victim’s balcony.
6:54 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: A woman, 38, was found in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
5:29 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone stole merchandise from the store and fled on foot. The victim wanted prosecution.
9:28 p.m. at San Tomas Expressway and West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 20, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and consented to a search. He was in possession of Xanax pills and approximately 100 fentanyl pills for sale, as well as drug paraphernalia.
12:12 a.m. at Highway 17 and Camden Avenue: A woman, 47, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. She is a convicted felon and had pepper spray in her possession.
10:08 p.m. in the 700 block of East Hacienda Avenue: A woman, 34, called the police about seeing someone in the bathroom. A man, 29, was contacted outside in his vehicle and was found to be under the influence of a stimulant and in possession of methamphetamine. The woman walked outside and was found to be under the influence of a stimulant. Both subjects provided blood samples.

Overnight at Camden and Bascom avenues: The victim reported that one of the plates to her 2015 Nissan Maxima was stolen.
7:57 a.m. in the 600 block of Almarida Drive: Officers located a 2014 Audi A4 that was reported stolen the previous day out of Alameda County.
Overnight at Dunster Drive and Latimer Avenue: A silver mountain bike and a teal mountain bike were stolen.
Overnight in the 800 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone used a white-and-gold 2000 Ford F150 with chrome rims to steal a trailer.
Arnold Way and Downing Avenue: The license plates were stolen from a 2000 Toyota.
Overnight in the 1800 block of Montemar Way: The catalytic convertor was stolen from a 2006 Toyota Prius.
Overnight in the 1161 E. Campbell Avenue: The catalytic convertor was stolen from a 2008 Toyota Prius.
2:50 p.m. at Winchester Boulevard and Rosemary Lane: A man, 29, collided with a vehicle and fled. Officers stopped the fleeing driver and found he was DUI.
6:08 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: A woman, 34, stole merchandise and the victim wanted prosecution. She was in possession or personal ID information, stolen mail and burglary tools.
300 block of Orchard City Drive: Someone made entry into a business and stole tools.
12:12 a.m. in the 600 block of East Campell Avenue: Someone forced entry into a business and stole items.
1:41 a.m. at South Bascom and Apricot avenues: A man, 31, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol.
3:44 a.m. in the 3300 block of Union Avenue: A transient man, 45, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to have a misdemeanor warrant.
900 block of Campisi Way: A man used a key he still had possession of to enter a closed business and steal computer hardware.
10 p.m. in the 600 block of West Valley Drive: A 1998 gray Honda CRV was stolen from the street in front the victim’s apartment.
Jan. 14
9 a.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 33, was causing a disturbance and was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.
825 S. San Tomas Aquino Road: The catalytic converter was stolen from a Honda Accord.
8:20 p.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 45, was passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle. He had signs and symptoms of alcohol intoxication.
11:56 p.m. at Curtner and Camden avenues: Officers located a stolen white 2003 Ford F-350 and initiated a felony vehicle stop. Two suspects fled from the vehicle in opposite directions. The vehicle was released to the registered owner.
3:04 a.m. in the 1400 block of Kim Court: A man, 34, grabbed the victim’s shirt and scratched her in the upper chest. During the altercation, the victim tried to leave, but the suspect stood in her way, preventing her.
5:10 a.m. in the 200 block of East Campbell Avenue: Two suspects forced entry through the rear door then used the attic access to get into a business. They forced entry into the safe and stole the contents.
Jan. 15
6:12 a.m. at 2000 S. Winchester Blvd.: The suspect was contacted in front of a business after setting off the front door alarm. They were found to be under the influence of a stimulant.
4 a.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man forced entry into the main building and into the rental offices. He then attempted to force entry into a separate maintenance room in the garage.
5 a.m. in the 200 block of Union Avenue: Someone entered a rental office through an unlocked door, took a large TV off the wall and fled.
Overnight in the 1400 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone used a pry tool to force the door of a service room open. Inside the room were several pieces of property that didn’t belong there.
2:27 p.m. in the 300 block of Union Avenue: Two men were seen riding in the grass in a park. A large portion of the grass was vandalized during the process. The suspects fled prior to officers’ arrival.
1:32 a.m. in the 800 block of Gale Drive: A man, 27, was involved in a disturbance and was found to be DUI.
