Denver Broncos and Russell Wilson agree mega $245MILLION, five-year extension with $165M guaranteed…keeping the QB in Mile High until 2029
Russell Wilson will be riding with the Broncos until the end of the 2029 NFL season after signing a mammoth five-year, $245million extension.
The new contract, of which $165m is guaranteed, was first reported by ESPN’s NFL insider, Adam Schefter.
Wilson, who was traded to Denver from Seattle this offseason, already had two years left on his contract before the AFC West came to the table with an enhanced, longer-term offer.
The deal is the third most biggest in NFL history, from a guaranteed money perspective, behind Deshaun Watson and Kyler Murray’s contracts with Cleveland and Arizona respectively.
