A ‘Night’ Next Door
Next Door Solutions to Domestic Violence, a San Jose-based nonprofit domestic violence service provider, is holding its annual “Light Up the Night” ceremony and gala on Saturday, Oct. 1, 6-10 p.m. at Villa Ragusa, 35 S. Second St. in Campbell.
The goal of the event is to raise awareness and generate support for survivors of domestic violence and their children by creating an opportunity for the community to send a message of caring for individuals and families that are in crisis.
The event will include a video sneak peek at Next Door’s confidential emergency shelter, a raffle, silent and live auctions, a candle-lighting ceremony and a performance by the Lara Price Band.
“Light Up the Night” coincides with National Domestic Violence Awareness Month in October. Tickets start at $150 at https://nextdoor.ejoinme.org/LUTN2022.
