I love love and although we all know Valentine’s Day is a generic holiday made by marketing gurus out there, a part of all of us loves V-day. As a single lady for 5 years, I haven’t had a Valentine on the official day until this year! So I’ll certainly be wearing one of these 16 outfits I’m showing on this blog post to celebrate love.
Red and pink are my favorite colors, so I headed to my closet to see what I had to recommend. Wowza – I had over 10 outfits and I could probably find more! I knew I had a few items but after scouring my closet and photos I’m sharing 16 outfit options with a variety of price points to hopefully solve your V-day style needs.

These 4 options above are affordable and cute and you can wear them for spring or vacation. Pink is a happy color and bright pink looks so good on every skin color. Wear any of the above with a cute cropped jacket, denim jacket, faux fur, or sweater and you’ll be layered and warm.
Affordable Glam Valentine’s Day Outfits
I own everything above except for the sequin dresses, which just launched. I own several sequin dresses from that brand and they are really well-made. I wear a small in all the dresses except strapless Superdown dress where I ordered a medium.
Fluffy feathers are my obsession. This dress is custom made from etsy! I’ve seen brides wear it for engagement parties, bachelorettes, etc. I bought it for a photoshoot in NY and it was my Valentine’s Day dress last year :).
These are a bit pricier but they are items I still have in my closet as I love them. I’ve worn all of these for special occasions and a few as my wedding guest dress. You can tell with dresses when they are made well, each of these fits extremely well and has great fabrics. I’ve worn most of them several times and highly recommend them for dressy options.
Luxe Glam Valentine’s Day Outfits
This dress is the priciest and “Instagram” known and I splurged for my birthday.
I wore this pretty number in Paris and it is a stunner. The sleeve and fabrication definitely look more luxe.
